In consideration of the covenants and agreements contained in this Purchase Agreement the parties to this Agreement agree as follows: The Seller and the Buyer both acknowledge the sufficiency of this consideration. In addition to the Purchase Price specified in this Agreement, the amount of any present or future use, excise, or similar tax applicable to the sale of the Goods will be paid by the Buyer, or alternatively, the Buyer will provide the Seller with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the applicable taxing authorities. The Purchase Price is inclusive of sales tax, and is payable by the Buyer unless the Buyer provides the Seller with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the applicable taxing authorities, in which case the amount of sales tax will be subtracted from the Purchase Price payable by the Buyer. 

The Verified ARMR Installer approval is reserved for qualified registered installers deemed worthy of the exclusivity by at the discretion of Wrap Fresh. Any resale of ARMR films outside these guidelines is prohibited and purchase rights will be revoked. The installer assumes the responsibility of communicating these covenants to the customer prior to installation.

Due to the complexity of the film, almost every roll is made-to-order in small lots. ARMR PPF products listed as Ready-To-Ship are in stock and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. For all other ARMR PPF products, please expect a production time of about 7-15 business days before your order is shipped. Once shipped, domestic transit times should only take about 3-4 days depending on your location. We are based in Denver, CO USA and all ARMR orders are shipped from our facility. Wrap Fresh offers domestic and international shipping on all products through UPS and USPS. To see if your region is available, simply go to checkout with your products and select shipping. ARMR by Wrap Fresh will provide replacement material for the specified amount of product deemed defective in accordance with the warrant policy. If replacement material is not sufficient in satisfying the claim, ARMR by Wrap Fresh, at its sole discretion, will determine if credit shall be issued.

Limited Warranty
In order to qualify for the ARMR Installer Warranty ARMR PPF must be installed by an Verified ARMR by Wrap Fresh Installer to be valid. ARMR PPF warrants the product to be free of manufacturer defects, bubbling, cracking, delamination and discoloration for up to 7 years from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, chemical stains, chemical corrosion, environmental impact, improper use, or any other aforementioned exclusions listed below. This warranty is non-transferable, and is only valid to the original purchaser. 

Extended Warranty
ARMR PPF warrants the product to be free of manufacturer defects, bubbling, cracking, delamination and discoloration for up to 10 years from the date of purchase when exclusively and regularly maintained with Wrap Fresh care products and used as directed in addition to the qualifications for the Limited Warranty have been met. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, improper use, improper care, or any other exclusions listed below. This warranty is non-transferable, and is only valid to the original purchaser.

Warranty Exclusions
This Installer Warranty is void if ARMR PPF is installed by a non-verified installation facility and does not cover workmanship or improper installation errors. The warranty may become void due to improper aftercare, lack of cleaning, use of non-approved cleaning agents/products, and/or misuse of product. ARMR PPF is warrantied on OEM clear-coat surfaces only. Installation on non-approved substrates, repainted surfaces, primer, polyurethane, and vinyl are automatically void of warranty. Installation on non-painted surfaces including but not limited to carbon fiber, chrome, headlights, or taillights are not covered under warranty. ARMR by Wrap Fresh assumes no responsibility in repainting surfaces for any reason.  While ARMR PPF is designed to protect your paint, it's not invincible. This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, severe weather events, chemical stains, chemical corrosion, environmental impacts or any act of God. This warranty may not be modified or extended by any installation facility/dealer. Wrap Fresh is not responsible for costs associated with the installation of replacement materials under warranty including labor costs and transportation costs.

Every ARMR PPF roll is produced in small color lot batches. Every batch that we produce may have a slight color discrepancy. This is industry standard, as it is impossible to expect every production be a perfect match the last. Please note that products that are not ordered together may have different color lots, therefore we cannot guarantee a color will match a previous order. Some color lots may have minimal differences in tone, shade, or finish up to 10% discrepancy. Your color lot is denoted on the inside of the roll core. Each batch of film is unique and colors may slightly vary.

If you need to order additional film for an existing or returning project, we advise you to contact us and provide us with the color lot code from the roll you previously purchased. While there is no guarantee that we will have a matching color lot available, we will do our best to assist you. To help avoid any potential issues on full vehicle wraps, it's recommended to order more film than you anticipate and also to wrap the vertical panels (hood, roof, and trunk) last. In the case a color lot match cannot be made, a difference in color on a vertical surface is generally less noticeable because of the angle it reflects light.

ARMR PPF Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at steff@wrapfresh.com or fill out our Help Form. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your product. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. See below for details. Please do not return an item without written approval from Wrap Fresh, as this may result in forfeiting your return. Please take note of the restocking fee listed below. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following requirements.

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.
• The roll must be in the condition that you received it in once returned.
• The roll must be in its original, undamaged box.
• The roll can not be used, damaged, cut, unrolled, or untaped. 

Restocking Fee
All ARMR PPF returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your total refund for all returns. Wrap Fresh will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

Return Shipping
ARMR by Wrap Fresh is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is up to the customer to correctly package the contents and return the product to Wrap Fresh.

Damaged or Defective Product Returns
If your product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund covered under our warranty. Please inspect your order within 10 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package was damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim through the carrier. If the product is defective, you may be asked to return the product so that it may be evaluated by Wrap Fresh. ARMR PPF Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your ARMR PPF order, please email Wrap Fresh at steff@wrapfresh.com or through the contact form including your order number and the email address used to place the order. Important Note: Orders that have already been fulfilled or begun production can not be cancelled and instead will be processed as a return and subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders marked Ready To Ship are fulfilled within 1 business day (Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm MT) and do not qualify for cancellations once fulfilled. All orders marked Made To Order (MTO) or Production Lead Time begin production within 1 business day and can not be cancelled once production has begun. 

Refunds
You may be entitled to a full refund or replacement if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All returned ARMR PPF rolls are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be subtracted from your total refund for any returns initiated after the 24 hour window. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at steff@wrapfresh.com and also contact your bank.
