
ARMR PPF Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

ARMR PPF Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at steff@wrapfresh.com or fill out our Help Form. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your product. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. See below for details. Please do not return an item without written approval from Wrap Fresh, as this may result in forfeiting your return. Please take note of the restocking fee listed below. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following requirements.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.
- The roll must be in the condition that you received it in once returned.
- The roll must be in its original, undamaged box.
- The roll can not be used, damaged, cut, unrolled, or untaped.
Exceptions
The following products do not qualify for returns, warranty claims, or reimbursements: Samples, sample test kits, custom cut rolls, custom made rolls, individual swatches.
Restocking Fee
All ARMR PPF returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your total refund for all returns. Wrap Fresh will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
ARMR by Wrap Fresh is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is up to the customer to correctly package the contents and return the product to Wrap Fresh. Our shipping rates may be lower than standard rates. Contact us if you'd like to purchase your return label from us directly.
Damaged or Defective Product Returns
If your product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund covered under our warranty. Please inspect your order within 10 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package was damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim through the carrier. If the product is defective, you may be asked to return the product so that it may be evaluated by Wrap Fresh. ARMR PPF Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your ARMR PPF order, please email Wrap Fresh at steff@wrapfresh.com or through the contact form including your order number and the email address used to place the order. Important Note: Orders that have already been fulfilled or begun production can not be cancelled and instead will be processed as a return and subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders marked Ready To Ship are fulfilled within 1 business day (Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm MT) and do not qualify for cancellations once fulfilled. All orders marked Made To Order (MTO) or Production Lead Time begin production within 1 business day and can not be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds
You may be entitled to a full refund or replacement if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All returned ARMR PPF rolls are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be subtracted from your total refund for any returns initiated after the 24 hour window. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at steff@wrapfresh.com and also contact your bank.

ARMR PPF Warranty
This warranty policy applies only to ARMR PPF products and does not apply to other Wrap Fresh products.
ARMR PPF Warranty Policy
This warranty applies only to ARMR Paint Protection Film (“ARMR PPF”) products and does not apply to other Wrap Fresh products.
Warranty Coverage - 7-Year Limited Warranty
ARMR PPF is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects, including cracking, delamination, and discoloration, for a period of seven (7) years from the original date of purchase.
To qualify:
- Product must be installed by a Verified ARMR Installer.
- Installation must be completed in accordance with ARMR installation guidelines.
- Product must be used on OEM automotive clear-coat painted surfaces only.
- This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Warranty Cover - 10-Year Extended Warranty
ARMR PPF is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects, including cracking, delamination, and discoloration, for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase when:
All requirements of the 7-Year Limited Warranty are met; and
- The vehicle is exclusively and regularly maintained using Wrap Fresh care products as directed.
- Failure to follow prescribed maintenance guidelines voids the Extended Warranty.
- This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
ARMR Warranty Obligation
If ARMR PPF is determined to be defective under this warranty, ARMR by Wrap Fresh will provide replacement material for the affected area.
If replacement material is deemed insufficient to resolve the claim, ARMR by Wrap Fresh, at its sole discretion, may issue product credit.
Wrap Fresh is not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, repainting, repair of underlying surfaces, transportation costs, loss of use, or any incidental or consequential damages.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Chrome-finish ARMR PPF products (see Chrome Section below)
- Improper installation or installation by a non-Verified ARMR Installer
- Workmanship errors
- Normal wear and tear
- Rock chips or road debris damage
- Severe weather events
- Chemical stains or chemical corrosion
- Environmental damage
- Improper care, misuse, or neglect
- Use of non-approved cleaning or maintenance products
- Color variation between production batches
- Installation on repainted, refinished, primer, polyurethane, vinyl, or non-OEM surfaces
- Installation on non-painted or non-body surfaces including carbon fiber, trim pieces, chrome accents, fiberglass, wheels, headlights, or taillights
- Use on non-legal road applications
ARMR PPF is designed to protect automotive paint but does not prevent all damage. This warranty may not be modified or extended by any dealer, installer, or representative.
Chrome-Finish Product Exclusion
ARMR PPF Chrome products are specialty films and are excluded from all warranty coverage.
Due to their specialized metallic and reflective construction, chrome-finish paint protection films are inherently more susceptible to visual distortion, surface marking, environmental sensitivity, and appearance variation over time.
Accordingly, chrome-finish ARMR PPF products are sold strictly “as-is” and are excluded from all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, appearance retention, discoloration resistance, surface stability, and edge performance. No performance warranty is provided for chrome-finish products.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by ARMR by Wrap Fresh and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

ARMR Production and Shipping Times
ARMR PPF Shipping Terms
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We only use live rates provided by UPS and USPS to calculate shipping costs based on order volume and package size. Standard shipping services will be automatically applied unless otherwise selected by the customer at checkout. All orders valued at or above $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous US and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Additional shipping discounts are available at various order value tiers. Exceptions apply.
ARMR Production Times: Due to the complexity of the film, most rolls are made-to-order (MTO) in small batch lots. ARMR PPF products that are not listed as Ready To Ship and/or partial orders and/or orders including multiple variants may require additional production time. Production times are listed on the product page. Custom orders including ordering ARMR PPF by the foot, by the yard, and custom orders of more than 2 rolls at a time may require up to 7-10 business days for production unless otherwise listed. Production usually begins within 1 business day of placing your order. For the most accurate inventory information, please contact us through our contact form.
ARMR Ready-To-Ship: ARMR PPF products listed as Ready-To-Ship are in stock and ready to ship within 1 business day. This does not include processing times. Transit times will depend on the shipping services that you, the customer, have selected. Transit times are displayed at checkout. Exceptions apply. If you have a specific deadline for your project, we recommend reaching out to us directly for up-to-date inventory numbers. Wrap Fresh is based in Denver, Colorado, USA and all ARMR orders are shipped from our facility. Wrap Fresh offers domestic and international shipping on all products through UPS and USPS. To see if your region is available, simply go to checkout with your products and select shipping. If you require special shipping exceptions or encounter any errors, please contact us prior to placing your order. Wrap Fresh will be in touch with you directly.
Exceptions: Any ARMR PPF products otherwise or not listed, please expect a production time of 7-10 business days before your order is shipped. It’s always best practice to reach out to Wrap Fresh before ordering for the most up-to-date information on shipping and inventory. Once your package is in transit, Wrap Fresh is not responsible for shipping times, delays, or damage by the carrier.
ARMR PPF Color Discrepancies
Every ARMR PPF roll is produced in small color lot batches. Every batch that we produce will have a color discrepancy from the last. This is industry standard, as it is impossible to expect every production be a perfect match the last. Please note that products that are not ordered together may have different color lots, therefore we cannot guarantee a color will match a previous or existing order. Some color lots may have minimal differences in tone, shade, or finish up to 10% discrepancy. Your color lot is denoted on the inside of the roll core. Each batch of film is unique and will result it color variations.
If you need to order additional film for an existing or returning project, we advise you to contact us and provide us first with the color lot code from the roll you previously purchased. While there is no guarantee that we will have a matching color lot available, we will do our best to assist you. To help avoid any potential issues on full vehicle wraps, it's recommended to order more film than you anticipate and also to wrap the vertical panels (hood, roof, and trunk) last. In the case a color lot match cannot be made, a difference in color on a vertical surface is generally less noticeable because of the angle it reflects light.
