ARMR Return Policy

ARMR PPF RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact us at wrapfreshco@gmail.com. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your product. Please do not return an item without approval, as this may result in forfeiting your return. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following requirements.

• The return must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your product.
• The roll must be in the condition that you received it in once returned.
• The roll must be in its original, undamaged box.
• The roll can not be used, cut, unrolled, or untaped. 

If your return is approved by email, we will provide you with the return address.

Restocking Fee

Every ARMR PPF roll is made to order, therefore we charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns. The restocking fee is based on the order total before any discounts and shipping.

Return Shipping

ARMR by Wrap Fresh is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is up to the customer to correctly package the contents and return the product to Wrap Fresh.

Damaged or Defective Product Returns

If your product arrived damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a free replacement. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package was damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim through the carrier. If the product is defective, you may be asked to return the product so that it may be evaluated by Wrap Fresh. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wrapfreshco@gmail.com and also contact your bank.

ARMR Warranty

ARMR Limited Warranty

ARMR PPF warrants the product to be free of manufacturer defects, bubbling, cracking, delamination and discoloration for up to 7 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, improper use, or any other exclusions listed below. This warranty is non-transferable, and is only valid to the original purchaser. 

ARMR Extended Warranty

ARMR PPF warrants the product to be free of manufacturer defects, bubbling, cracking, delamination and discoloration for up to 10 years from the date of purchase when exclusively and regularly maintained with Wrap Fresh care products and used as directed. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, improper use, improper care, or any other exclusions listed below. This warranty is non-transferable, and is only valid to the original purchaser. 

Obligation

ARMR by Wrap Fresh will provide replacement material for the specified amount of product deemed defective in accordance with the aformentioned warrant policy. If replacement material is not sufficient in satisfying the claim, ARMR by Wrap Fresh, at its sole discretion, will determine if credit shall be issued.

Authorized ARMR Installer Warranty

ARMR PPF may be covered by an additional installer warranty when installed by an Authorized ARMR PPF installer. The duration and exclusions of the ARMR Installer Warranty may be determined at the discretion of the Authorized ARMR Installer. This may include issues such as lifting and peeling linked to improper installation or surface prep. This Installer Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, improper use, improper care, or film installed over aftermarket (non-OEM original) pieces. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty may become void due to improper aftercare, lack of cleaning, use of non-approved cleaning agents/products, and/or misuse of product. Only official Wrap Fresh products should be used to care for your film. ARMR PPF is warrantied on OEM clear-coat surfaces only. Installation on non-approved substrates, repainted surfaces, primer, polyurethane, and vinyl are automatically void of warranty. ARMR by Wrap Fresh assumes no responsibility in repainting of surfaces for any reason. Installation on non-painted surfaces including but not limited to carbon fiber, chrome, headlights, or taillights are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, severe weather events, or any act of god. This warranty may not be modified or extended by any installation facility/dealer.
